Eugene and Martha Burnstein University of Warsaw Social Science Scholars Exchange Fund
ISR senior research scientist emeritus Gene Burnstein and his wife established new a fund that will bring a Polish student from the University of Warsaw to Michigan to study at one of ISR’s two summer programs. Burnstein hopes the fund will “stabilize and institutionalize” the relationship between the two schools.
