Riia Luhtanen investigates the correlates and long-term consequences of contingencies of self-esteem on various behavioral and psychological outcomes. She has also worked on developing the measure of contingencies of self-worth. She currently resides in Finland where she assists lab members with advanced data analysis techniques.
